You can request deletion of your ArkStreams account and associated content without using the mobile app. Requests are reviewed within 48 hours. You may keep using the app until deletion is completed.
Active subscriptions are managed separately in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel billing there if you no longer want to be charged.
Fill in the form below. Submitting opens your email client with a pre-filled message to hello@arkdeep.com. If your email client does not open, send the same details manually.
Signed-in users can also choose Delete account in Profile or Settings. In-app and web requests follow the same 48-hour review process.
